Role Overview

The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring key accounts, building and leading a sales team, and creating scalable sales processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong professional network, an active prospect list, and proven experience in B2B sales and team building within a startup or growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's sales and business development strategy.

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market outreach.

• Leverage existing contacts and prospect databases to accelerate customer acquisition.

• Build, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team from scratch.

• Identify and acquire corporate, industrial, healthcare, education, and manufacturing clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.

• Establish sales processes, KPIs, reporting systems, and performance metrics.

• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using Zoho CRM tools.

• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, HR managers, and facility heads.

• Collaborate with design, production and other operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• MBA/ BBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management.

• Proven experience in building and managing sales teams.

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.

• Strong network and existing prospect database within target industries.

• Experience in the Uniform, Apparel, or Corporate Clothing industry.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.

Existing relationships with corporate buyers, HR heads, procurement managers, facility managers, hospitals, hotels, schools, and industrial clients.
