Business Development Manager (BDM) – Franchise / Experience Centre In-Charge
MBA or Graduate (Any discipline)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Material / Construction Industry
24 to 30 years
Experience in the building material or construction industry
Preferably a local candidate from Meerut with strong market connections
Good network with architects, contractors, influencers, and channel partners
Strong understanding of construction products, project cycles, and procurement processes
Proven ability in territory sales and team handling
Persuasive, target-driven, and result-oriented professional
Drive territory sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities
Manage and oversee Franchise / Experience Centre operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and influencers
Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the sales team
Provide product training and sales coaching to team members
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide strategic inputs
Ensure effective use of CRM and digital sales tools for reporting and tracking
Prepare and submit MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) for smooth execution
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
