We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Brandbucket Enterprises Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as needed.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
