Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification: Research markets, identify new segments, and find potential business deals through networking, social media, and events.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Strategy & Planning: Create and implement business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to achieve growth.

• Sales & Negotiation: Promote products/services, prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals and ensure smooth project execution.

• Reporting: Use CRM systems (like Salesforce) to manage communications and report on progress, market trends, and sales performance. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven sales/BDM track record, customer service, or marketing background.

• Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field often preferred. 

Typical Duties

• Cold-calling & Emailing prospects.

• Attending trade shows, conferences.

• Managing client communication in CRM.

• Providing feedback to sales teams.

• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
