Branch administration: Monitoring staff productivity and ensuring branch operations and audit compliance
Complaints: Recording, resolving, and monitoring complaints, and improving customer communication
Security: Being alert to security and signs of fraud, and verifying identities
Promoting products: Promoting new products that may benefit customers
