The Field Sales Executive for Doctor Loans is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and converting medical professionals (Doctors, Dentists, Clinics, and Hospitals) who require unsecured or secured loans. The executive ensures quality lead generation, document collection, and coordination with internal loan processing teams.
Visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and required documents.
Collect customer KYC and initial documents.
Maintain accurate field visit reports and lead follow-up data.
Coordinate with operations and credit teams for processing.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent customer handling and negotiation ability.
Good knowledge of financial products.
Local market awareness and relationship-building capability.
Computer proficiency (MS Office / CRM tools).
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Healthcare Management.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Preferred: 1–3 years in Doctor Loans, Financial Sales, or DSA/Channel Sales.
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Annual CTC Range: ₹1,44,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
Travel Allowance (TA): ₹2,000 per month
Daily Allowance (DA): ₹250 per day
Reporting To: Founder / Executive Director
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi, and English
Location: Tadepalligudem, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam, Rajahmundry
