We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT/Software team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company's software services and solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the IT/Software domain.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to secure, retain, and grow client accounts.
Handle client inquiries, answer questions, and conduct follow-up calls professionally.
Create and maintain an updated database of prospective clients and business leads.
Prospect and convert potential leads into active clients.
Work with internal teams to prepare proposals aligned with client needs, goals, and objectives.
Conduct market research and gain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitive landscape.
Understand the company’s goals and contribute to enhancing overall business performance.
Utilize business intelligence and market insights to stay ahead of competitors and identify growth opportunities.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in the IT/Software industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of IT services, software development, CRM, ERP, and digital solutions (preferred).
Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research platforms.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
