Job Hiring: Business Development Manager (B2B + Field Visits & Demos (Office + Field))

We are hiring dynamic, highly sales-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our field sales team! In this role, you will work closely with our in-office Telemarketing team, visit client locations, present live product demos of our Payroll Software, convince decision-makers, close deals, and onboard clients.

Full product and software demonstration training will be provided.

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – B2B Sales & Client Onboarding

Department: Business Development

Employment Type: Full-Time (6 Days a Week)

Work Model: Office + Field Visits

Location: Hoodi Circle, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

Client Visits & Demos: Visit prospective client offices based on qualified appointments booked and coordinated by our in-office Telemarketing team.

Live Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, live product demos of our Payroll Software to business owners, HR heads, and finance leaders.

Deal Closure & Negotiation: Resolve technical or payroll queries, handle client objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close software subscriptions.

Client Onboarding: Conduct initial account setup, system walk-throughs, and onboarding for newly acquired clients on-site.

Team Coordination: Collaborate daily with in-office Telemarketing Executives to ensure smooth schedule alignment, feedback sharing, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–10 years experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for client visits.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in any Regional language and Hindi is mandatory (Excellent communication skills in English is required).

Skills: Strong sales-driven mindset, exceptional convincing & persuasive skills, pleasing personality with great customer engagement abilities, high confidence in face-to-face pitch presentations, and basic computer/tech literacy.

Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: Up to ₹40,000 / month (Final salary based on qualification, skills, prior experience/salary if applicable, and interview performance).

Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month extra linked to closures and onboarding targets.

Working Hours & Schedule Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Office & Field Timings: Standard Business Hours (e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
