Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in selling Background Verification services / Recruitment & Staffing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients across Corporates, SMEs, Startups and HR consultancies.

• Promote and sell Background Verification services & Staffing solutions to clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Owners.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing & contract terms.

• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain pipeline reports.

• Ensure smooth coordination with internal BGV operations & recruitment delivery teams.

• Frequent travel to client locations for business meetings and closures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in BGV service selling / Recruitment / Staffing sales.

• Strong understanding of HR domain & hiring processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

• Ability to independently handle client meetings and closures.

• Target-driven mindset with strong field sales experience.

• Should be confident, proactive, and relationship-focused.

• Two-wheeler preferred for frequent client travel.
