Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to help drive business growth. The BDA will identify new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, referrals).
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions/services.
Conduct product presentations or demos to potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into sales through effective negotiation and follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach and lead quality.
Maintain daily records of sales activities using CRM tools or sales trackers.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence, persistence, and a goal-driven attitude.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
