Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by developing new customers, strengthening market presence, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, channel development, lead generation, client meetings, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through site visits, market mapping, and client visits
Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, contractors, and EPC clients
Meet and pitch to EPC contractors, builders, electrical contractors, and project engineers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region
Prepare, share, and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely closure
Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and order confirmations
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order processing and timely delivery
Maintain daily visit reports and submit weekly sales plans/reports
Follow up on payments and support collections as per company policy
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide market feedback

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Field sales and territory management
Customer relationship building and follow-up discipline
Basic technical understanding of electrical/earthing/cable tray products
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet targets
Qualification
MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
Graduates with relevant sales experience may also apply
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Electrical / Earthing / Cable Tray / Allied Products
Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered for junior roles
