About the Role: Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for:

 Reaching out to colleges/institutes to promote our free CSR training programs
 Onboarding 2–3 colleges per month
 Ensuring 1,000–2,000 student enrollments and completions monthly
 Regular reporting, field communication, and coordination with support teams

Compensation & Performance:

 Fixed Salary (Monthly)
 Incentives for overachievement
 Penalties applicable for consistent underperformance
