Job Title: Business Development Executive (Architect & Designer Relations)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Pune market by building strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers. Your primary goal is to get our curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and mattresses specified in their residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Networking: Identify and onboard new architects and interior design firms across Pune to build a consistent referral pipeline.
Product Pitching: Visit design studios and project sites to present product samples, catalogs, and technical USPs of our furnishing range.
Project Conversion: Track upcoming residential and commercial projects in Pune and ensure our products are selected during the finishing stage.
Incentive Management: Communicate and manage designer commission structures and professional tie-up programs.
Market Intelligence: Monitor 2025 interior trends and competitor pricing in Pune to suggest strategic sales improvements.
Required Qualities & Skills:
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales or field sales within the building material, furniture, or luxury interior industry.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read floor plans and discuss material specifications (GSM, blackout levels, fire retardancy) with professionals.
Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for frequent travel to design studios and sites across Pune.
Communication: Highly persuasive in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a strong advantage for local networking.
Relationship Driven: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain long-term professional rapport.
