Location : Chennai ( Full Time )

Work Model : Work From Office (Twice a week travel to schools)

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our institutional footprint. In this role, you will split your time between office-based lead generation and on-field institutional visits. You will act as the primary brand ambassador, pitching our cutting-edge EdTech solutions directly to school principals, educators, and students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling : Drive outbound sales efforts by generating high-quality leads from scratch, conducting cold calls, and building a robust sales pipeline daily.

• Institutional Field Visits : Travel to schools twice a week to conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and pitch our course offerings to school principals, management, and students.

• Revenue Growth & Target Achievement : Take ownership of sales quotas, working relentlessly to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.

• Negotiation & Closing : Negotiation techniques to close deals, finalize contracts, and onboard educational institutions or student batches.

• Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with school authorities and key decision-makers to secure recurring business and referrals.

• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine pitch strategies and identify new growth pockets.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Experience : Proven prior experience in sales or business development. Experience in the EdTech sector is a major advantage.

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills :

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to handle objections and close deals.

• Resilience, drive, and comfort with target-driven environments (cold calling and field work).

• Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel to local/regional schools twice a week.
