We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in field sales and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and references
Meet potential clients and present company products/services
Conduct market research and generate qualified leads
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Good knowledge of the local market
Must have own vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler)
Valid driving license
Willingness to travel locally.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
