A Business Development Executive is responsible for helping a company grow by finding new customers, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with clients. The role focuses on generating business opportunities, promoting products or services, and achieving company revenue targets.
Business Development Executives work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to expand the company’s market presence.
Main Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and meetings
Explain company products or services to customers
Arrange meetings with clients and maintain relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare business proposals and presentations
Negotiate deals and close sales
Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
