Directly acquire and manage top B2B/SME accounts
Work with field marketing, operational, and backend teams for smooth deal closures

Aggressively generate leads & acquire new clients
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Conduct cold calls, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Regain lost customers & maximize account value
Coordinate with operations & backend teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Maintain DSR / MIS reports & track revenue performance
MBA (Marketing / Operations): 3–5 yrs experience
Non-MBA: 2–3 yrs in sales / business development / field sales
Experience in logistics, courier, express cargo, transport, supply chain, or B2B sales preferred
B2B Sales / Field Sales / Territory Sales
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
ERP / MIS tools (preferred)
6 working days, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Deployment across Mumbai region with regular local travel
