We are looking for Business development executive for our company Swagath International, who are the sole Distributor for MNC Company like INTERSURGICAL-UK, COOK-USA, RESMED-AUSTRALIA, TELEFLEX-RUSCH in Teleangana, Andhra Pradesh & Odisha dealing all disposable Surgical Products. The role requires candidates are skilled in building customer relationship, following up on leads, maximize sales opportunities by meeting the doctors in the hospital in day to basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and direct customer visits.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Degree in Science / pharmacy / Microbiology with minimum 2 years of experience in same job portfolio. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential. The candidate should have 2 wheelers.
