The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporates, institutions, and donors to secure funding and resources for the NGO’s programs. This role involves proposal writing, CSR collaboration, relationship building, and ensuring smooth execution of funding agreements.
Identify and research potential corporate partners, CSR initiatives, and funding opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, donors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present project proposals, concept notes, and fundraising pitches to potential partners.
Visit companies, attend meetings, and network to generate CSR funding for projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and reports.
Maintain proper documentation of proposals, agreements, and donor communication.
Meet fundraising targets as per organizational objectives.
Keep track of CSR regulations and industry trends to align fundraising strategies.
Ensure proper reporting and compliance with donor requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or related field.
Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or corporate partnerships (NGO sector preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Knowledge of CSR policies and compliance is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
