Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
· Promote the company’s payroll solutions to potential clients, including SMEs, startups, and large enterprises.
· Conduct needs analysis and tailor presentations and proposals to meet client requirements.
· Schedule and attend client meetings (virtually or in person) to demonstrate service offerings and close sales.
· Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships.
· Collaborate with internal departments (operations, onboarding, customer support) to ensure a smooth client transition.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Keep accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools/ excel sheet and prepare regular reports for management.
