Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Broadband Sales Executives to promote and sell broadband internet connections to residential and commercial customers. The role involves field sales, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell broadband/internet plans to potential customers through door-to-door, field visits, and business tie-ups.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Conduct area mapping to identify potential customer segments.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with the installation and service team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain daily reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
2–3 years of experience in broadband, telecom, or field sales.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in the field and meet daily targets.
Basic understanding of internet and broadband services is an advantage.

Fixed salary (Take home @24k to 28k + Reference bonus + Attractive Incentives).
