Job Description: Lead Generation Executive (Loans & Insurance)

SM Fincap is seeking motivated individuals with prior experience in loan products (Housing Loans, Business Loans, Machinery Loans, CGTMSE Loans) and insurance products (Term Insurance, Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Business Insurance). This role is ideal for professionals already working in financial services organizations who are looking to earn additional income through commission-based opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for loan and insurance products through networking, referrals, and outreach.

• Educate potential clients on product features, eligibility, and benefits in simple, clear language.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan/insurance application processing.

• Follow up with prospects to achieve closures in loans and insurance sales.

• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and incentive achievements.

Candidate Profile

• Candidate worked with DSA for Loans and wealth Management can apply

• Background in financial services with hands-on experience in loan and insurance products.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets without fixed salary support.

• Ability to work independently and leverage existing networks for lead generation.

Compensation

• No fixed salary will be provided.

• Commission-based earnings on successful closures of loans and insurance activities.
