Silvervista LLP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our presence in the entrance automation industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while promoting automation solutions that enhance security and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to customers.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to provide customized solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in automation, electrical, or industrial products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
