Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales in the digital services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via cold calling and outreach.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
Identify business opportunities and pitch digital marketing solutions.
Follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Update CRM with accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct field visits and stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements & Skills:
10. 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B/B2C).
11. Knowledge of digital marketing and web development.
12. Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
13. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
14. Target-driven, self-motivated, with good time management.
15. Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and open to field visits.
