Job Title: Business Sales Executive

Location: Vadodara (Travel within and outside Vadodara)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a go-getter attitude. This role requires field sales in a B2B environment, where the executive will be responsible for meeting clients, presenting our products, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct B2B field sales and develop new business opportunities.

• Travel within and outside Vadodara to meet clients, present products, and close deals.

• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Perform constant follow-ups with prospects to ensure business conversions.

• Identify new market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.

• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Provide feedback and reports on client interactions and market trends.

  Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B sales experience preferred).

• Own a 2-wheeler vehicle for field visits.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong personality.

• Hardworking, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Willingness to travel frequently for business development.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
