We specialize in high-end sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, and design solutions for discerning homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our showroom team in Kondapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through our premium range of bathroom products, while also supporting outreach efforts to grow business with architects, interior designers, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understanding their needs and design preferences

• Present and demonstrate premium sanitary ware and bathroom fittings (Kohler, Duravit, Hansgrohe) to customers

• Provide product knowledge, pricing, and customization options to help customers make informed decisions

• Generate and follow up on sales leads, including inquiries from architects, interior designers, and contractors

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders to drive B2B business

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with the back-office/logistics team for timely delivery

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

• Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well presented at all times

• Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and social media coordination as needed

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM/register

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: business, marketing, interior design, or related field)

• Fresher’s are welcome to apply or prior experience in sales, retail, or showroom environments is an added advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business)

• Prior experience in sanitary ware, tiles, furniture, interiors, or luxury retail is a plus

• Willingness to build relationships with the architect and interior design community
