Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of construction chemical products by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with contractors, dealers, builders, architects, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, contractors, and project opportunities.

• Conduct regular field visits to meet contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and dealers.

• Promote and explain construction chemical products and their applications.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close orders.

• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate product sampling at sites.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

• Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the technical, operations, and accounts teams for smooth order execution and collections.

• Maintain daily field visit reports, sales pipeline, and customer records.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

• Travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas as required.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of the construction industry and building materials.

• Ability to generate leads through field visits and networking.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM/ERP systems.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Preferred Candidate

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in construction chemicals, building materials, waterproofing, tile adhesives, or related industries.

• Candidates with strong construction-industry knowledge and good field-sales exposure will be preferred.
