Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and generate new customers through tele calling, direct meetings, and field visits. The candidate will represent the company in the market, promote our products, and drive sales growth through direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate potential leads.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and contractors.
Generate new clients through cold calling, follow-ups, field visits, and reference networking.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions and quotations.
Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal sales, accounts, dispatch, and production teams for smooth order processing and delivery updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives set by the management.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and expense statements regularly.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry meetings whenever required.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
1–3 years of experience in field sales or industrial product marketing preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel and work in a field-based sales environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and reporting.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in industrial products, fasteners, foundation bolts, construction materials, steel, fabrication, or engineering-related products will be preferred.
