As part of our expansion, we actively assist MSME units in obtaining ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification, empowering them to enhance quality, reduce defects, adopt sustainable practices, and increase global competitiveness.

Role Description - ZED Facilitator (Field Role)

We are seeking driven and well-presented ZED Facilitators to join our field operations team across Jaipur and Rajasthan. This is a full-time on-site role involving direct interaction with MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and engage MSME owners to explain the ZED Scheme.

Guide businesses through the documentation and application process for ZED Certification.

Collect and verify required information from units during field visits.

Ensure timely submission of applications and maintain daily reporting.

Meet onboarding targets and contribute to overall project success.

Collaborate with the internal coordination team for smooth process flow.

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in field work, sales, or business development (preferred).

Ability to travel extensively within Jaipur/Rajasthan.

Smartphone + Two-wheeler (mandatory).

Basic understanding of MSME operations or government schemes (added advantage).

Graduate in any discipline.
