We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
