We offer social media management, performance marketing, website development, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Role Overview :-

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, pitch our services, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities :-

* Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals

* Pitch Qloudsoft's services (social media management, performance marketing, web development, AI automation) to prospective clients

* Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions

* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM/tracking tools

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals

* Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets

* Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals

* Track market trends and competitor activities in the digital marketing space

* Report daily/weekly sales activity and pipeline status to management

Requirements :-

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

* Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, ads, websites) is a plus

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field/on-site client visits

* Own two-wheeler preferred (for local client visits in MMR)

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus
