Job Description: Business Development Executive
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and expand our FMCG/spice products in the market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesale markets to generate sales and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to visit retail shops and generate sales( B2B)
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote and sell company products in assigned territories
• Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors on a daily basis
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
• Ensure product visibility and retailer engagement
• Follow up for repeat orders and payments
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
Requirements :
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Field Sales preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills(Malayalam is mandatory)
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
• Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate
