Job Description – Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Position: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Location: DELHI

Salary

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Eligibility

• Education: Diploma or Graduate

• Age: 18–38 years

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard PhonePe speakers.

• Visit assigned market areas and generate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

• Explain PhonePe products and services to potential customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely activation of merchant accounts.

• 10 TP is mandatory for achieving per day targets.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve merchant queries when required.

• Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in meeting customers and handling field visits.

• Basic smartphone and digital payment knowledge.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
