बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट एग्जीक्यूटिव

• Identify, target, and onboard new HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and cloud kitchens

• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into active customers

• Promote company products/services and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates

• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on outstanding dues

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in HORECA / FMCG / Food & Beverage

• Strong understanding of the Mumbai HORECA market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai

• Valid two-wheeler with driving license preferred
