Job Responsibilities:
· This position is for Business Development Executive
· End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective Buyer leads assigned in CRM
· Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
· Managing negotiations with Builder and Clients and ensuring deal closures
· Lead generation through offline real estate network
· Maintain and update data bases of daily activities as per company standards.
· Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation.
· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Meet with customers to understand their needs and objectives
· Keep time to time update on on-going projects as well as newly launch
Desired Candidate Profile:
· 2 Wheeler Mandatory as it requires movement on field.
· Laptop Is Mandatory.
