Job Description:-
NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Seller Business Development Associates (BDA) for Bangalore.
This is a field sales role where the company provides qualified leads. The candidate will meet property owners and customers, conduct site visits, explain property details, and assist in closing property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Meet property owners and customers for property sales, rentals, and leases.
Conduct property site visits and accompany buyers.
Explain property features and NoBroker services.
Coordinate property photoshoots and maintain accurate property details.
Negotiate pricing between buyers and sellers to close deals.
Collect property owner details and update information in the NoBroker App/CRM.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility:-
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
Real estate sales experience is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
Manageable Hindi is acceptable for Bangalore.
Comfortable with field work and customer interactions.
Mandatory Requirement Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
Smartphone for field operations.
Willing to travel within the assigned location.
