Training: Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided by the company.
Travel Requirement: Candidate must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Language Requirement: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of English, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Location: Bengaluru and surrounding industrial areas.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives + Fuel Reimbursement.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct customer visits, developing relationships with industrial clients, contractors, OEMs, panel builders, consultants, and government organizations. The role requires extensive field travel, customer meetings, lead generation, product promotion, and order conversion to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Executive
Visit industrial customers, contractors, OEMs, panel builders, and corporate clients on a daily basis.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Expand the company's customer base in assigned territories.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Schedule and attend customer meetings.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic customer concerns.
