We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a field-based role at Modern Home Decor. The candidate will be responsible for regularly visiting contractors, architects, and builders to build strong relationships and generate business for our showroom. This role involves identifying new leads, promoting our range of tiles, sanitaryware, and home solutions, and converting opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development, strong communication and convincing skills, and a proactive, target-driven approach. Candidates must be comfortable with regular site visits and coordination with the showroom team to ensure smooth execution. Knowledge of building materials will be an added advantage. Salary will be offered as per experience along with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
