Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹21,000/month
Provident Fund (PF): ₹3,600/month
Total CTC: ₹25,100/month

We’re redefining convenience and consistency for urban households and are looking for dynamic field sales professionals to join our fast-growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
🎲Generate leads and acquire new customers for Milkbasket’s subscription-based services.
🎲Conduct door-to-door sales visits in assigned residential areas.
🎲Explain product benefits and demonstrate the Milkbasket mobile app to potential customers.
🎲Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
🎲Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
🎲Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
🎲Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
🎲Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales (FMCG or related industry preferred).
🎲Good communication and persuasion skills.
🎲Ability to work independently and handle outdoor sales responsibilities.
🎲Familiarity with the local geography of Gurgaon is a plus
