Key Responsibilities-

B2B Partnership Development: Identify, visit and partner with premium toy stores, gift shops, museum stores, and boutique retail outlets to stock Sakhyam products.

Institutional Outreach: Build relationships with preschools, cultural centers, and religious institutions (Temples/Ashrams) for bulk orders and educational collaborations.

Marketplace Growth: Oversee and optimize our presence on third-party platforms (Amazon, FirstCry, etc.) and identify new niche e-commerce channels.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase brand penetration.

Events & Exhibitions: Represent Sakhyam at trade shows, literature festivals, and cultural events to network with distributors and end-consumers.

Relationship Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation and long-term account management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development, Sales, and/ or Partnerships (experience in the Toy, Kids’ Lifestyle, or Stationery industry is a major plus).

Cultural Alignment: A deep understanding of and respect for the brand’s mission to promote Sanatan Dharma and spiritual values.

Communication: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills; ability to pitch a unique product category effectively.

Data-Driven: Proficiency in using CRM tools and Excel to track leads and analyze sales performance.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
