We are seeking a large number of candidates for CIC/Field Sales, Telemarketing, IRO: (Customer Care) positions. We would appreciate your assistance in this recruitment effort.

The candidate criteria are listed below.

Hiring count for Field Sales: 100 ( Pune Location): Interviews will be conducted at Wakad & Swargate location.

Hiring count for TME : 40 (Pune Location): Interviews will be conducted at Swargate location.

Hiring count for IRO (FT) : 40 (Pune Location): Interviews will be conducted at Swargate location.

1. CIC/Field Sales (Certified Internet Consultant-Field job)

Minimum 3 years of field sales experience

Graduate qualification (mandatory)

Age : 28+ to 35

CTC range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Hiring Target: 100 candidates

Responsibility:

• Need to do cold calls and generate leads.

• Candidates will be responsible to meet client on field and close deals.

• Need to onboard new clients.

• should have good communication skills will be preferred.

• Fresher Graduate and above with good communication skills will be considered

Skill Set Needed:-

• Go getter attitude

• Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or services

• Outbound calling or sales experience would be an added advantage.

• Good Convincing Skills

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• English and Regional Language

• Male Candidate only can apply

Terms:-

We would require the candidates to join us as Full Time employees.

Candidates will be on roll of the company and a part of the industry based remuneration.

2. Tele Marketing Executive

- Qualification – Graduate/ Post Graduate

- Age: 18 to 35 Years

- Salary: Upto 2.7 Lac + Incentives

Kindly Note the Criteria.

TME:

Mandatory: Graduation is required. If not, HSC + 1-year experience in calling or sales.

Skills and Knowledge: Candidates must possess skills relevant to sales, such as communication, persuasion(convincing power), customer handling, negotiation.

Language Proficiency: Marathi and Hindi are mandatory, and English is a plus.

Location: Any location would be assigned from Swargate & Wanowrie (Candidate should be comfortable with both the location, as the location would be decided after training).

3.IRO: (Customer Care)

HSC Passed are eligible.

Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts & Off’s (There would be 2 off’s in a week)

Profile is opened for Part time & Full time.

Partime is for 5hrs & Fulltime is for 9hrs.

English & Marathi fluency is mandatory.
