Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

About the CompanyMansarovar Recycling Private Limited is an emerging recycling company focused on electronic waste recycling, resource recovery, and sustainable waste management. We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Development Executive to help establish and expand our e-waste procurement network.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source electronic waste, including computers, laptops, PCBs, electronic components, and other e-scrap.

• Develop relationships with scrap dealers, aggregators, IT companies, offices, and industrial units.

• Conduct field visits across Chennai and nearby industrial areas to identify potential suppliers.

• Evaluate electronic scrap materials, understand market prices, and negotiate procurement deals.

• Build and maintain a reliable supplier network for regular material sourcing.

• Coordinate procurement activities, material collection, and supplier follow-ups.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company's procurement operations.

• RequirementsExperience in e-waste procurement, scrap sourcing, or the recycling industry is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of electronic scrap identification, grading, and valuation will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluency in Tamil and basic to good English communication.

• Willingness to travel locally and meet suppliers independently.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Candidates with relevant industry experience and a strong supplier network will be given preference.

Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid role involving regular field visits across Chennai and nearby areas. Attendance at the Chennai head office will generally be required 1–2 days per week.
