The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business through hotel partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and bulk clients. The role focuses on building long-term relationships and increasing revenue through B2B sales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🏨 Hotel & Hospitality Tie-ups
Identify and approach hotels, resorts, guest houses, and hostels
Pitch Cleanzit services like linen cleaning, curtain cleaning, bulk laundry
Close long-term service contracts with hospitality partners
🏢 Corporate & Local Business Tie-ups
Develop partnerships with salons, gyms, hospitals, PGs, and offices
Generate bulk orders for uniform cleaning, curtains, carpets, etc.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
📈 Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly sales targets and onboarding goals
Create proposals, pricing plans, and negotiation strategies
Follow up regularly to convert leads into paying clients
🤝 Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication with clients
Ensure smooth service coordination with operations team
Handle client feedback and improve service experience
🧠 Skills Required
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of B2B sales
Confident in field visits and client meetings
Ability to close deals independently
Local area knowledge of Bhopal is a plus
🎓 Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
0–3 years experience in sales/business development
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
