About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident Field Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. Your role will focus on meeting potential clients, demonstrating our digital marketing and website services, and closing sales with a solutions-first approach. Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads and meet clients in person for product demos and presentations.

2. Promote and sell website development, digital marketing, and CRM-based solutions.

3. Understand client requirements and articulate suitable service packages.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.

5. Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent field activity.

6. Maintain daily reports of client visits and lead progress using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic area knowledge of Delhi (preferably North & Central)

• Product demonstration capability

• Good understanding of digital marketing and CRM software

• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to speak and understand good English

Industry Experience

Preferred: Software & IT Services, B2B Sales, Lead Generation

(Experience in the same industry is a plus, not mandatory.)

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)

• Up to ₹40,000 additional incentives
