Key Responsibilities:
Approach and liaise with society management committees, RWAs, and commercial property administrators to secure event permissions.
Present event proposals clearly, highlighting benefits for residents and property owners.
Maintain records of permissions obtained, including dates, locations, and conditions.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align event schedules with approved venues.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, society rules, and company policies.
Build and sustain positive relationships with society representatives for future collaborations.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in event coordination, field marketing, or community engagement preferred.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Organized and detail‑oriented with good documentation skills.
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as per event schedules.
