We are hiring Business Development Executives / Certified Internet Consultants to join our Field Sales Department. This role is focused on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and client success through consultative selling. You will leverage Justdial’s brand strength to present cost-effective digital solutions to small and medium businesses, ensuring long-term profitability and client retention. The role offers exposure to sales, client interaction, business consultation, and field-based business development.
Identify and meet commercial establishments in the allocated area to pitch Justdial’s services.
Present business offerings, explain benefits, and conduct product demonstrations.
Collect qualitative business information and update client profiles with geo-coded photographs.
Clearly explain contracts, tenure, features, and terms while handling client queries.
Persuade business owners to register with Justdial as paid customers.
Submit contracts with proper documentation, ensuring activation of client accounts.
Ensure contract cheque clearance and client onboarding within company timelines.
Adhere to compliance policies and reporting standards.
Prepare and send Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) reports daily to managers.
Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
Communication: Strong verbal skills to explain services and handle client objections.
Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and convert leads into paying clients.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure.
Follow instructions and company processes diligently.
Own a two-wheeler vehicle for client visits.
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Marketing preferred).
Experience: 0–2 years in sales, field sales, business development, or client servicing. Freshers with strong communication and passion for sales may also apply.
