About Invest Mango
Invest Mango is a fast-growing real estate consulting firm in Noida providing end-to-end investment advisory across residential and commercial projects.
Role: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales / Business Development
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA CTC
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert qualified leads through calls, field visits, and networking.
• Conduct property presentations, schedule site visits, and negotiate deal terms.
• Manage the sales pipeline, update daily lead trackers/CRM, and drive revenue targets.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Degree/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior direct sales experience with a proven target achievement record.(Real Estate)
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
