Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive – Lead Generation to identify potential customers, generate qualified business leads, and support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, market research, references, online platforms, and other lead-generation channels.
Identify and develop potential dealers, builders, contractors, civil engineers, architects, and project sites.
Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
Maintain and update lead information, customer details, and follow-up status in CRM/ERP systems.
Qualify leads based on potential, requirement, location, and business opportunity.
Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain proper lead tracking.
Prepare daily/weekly lead-generation reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
