To develop, build, and manage a strong client base of corporate accounts and
drive business growth for Indus Powers’ product range including UPS systems,
inverters, stabilizers, batteries, and solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and manage client base of corporate and institutional customers.
2.Drive sales and business development for Corporate UPS, Inverters, Batteries,
Solar & Renewable Energy Systems.
3.Generate new enquiries, references, and business opportunities in assigned
territories.
4.Meet clients, identify requirements, and ensure technical and service
satisfaction.
5.Maintain and analyze market trends and provide management insights.
6.Handle product demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
7.Lead sales initiatives and achieve revenue growth targets.
8.Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and execution of quarterly targets.
9.Attend sales meetings and contribute to product and customer discussions.
Key Skills:
1.Graduate/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) or MBA
2.2+ years of experience in similar industries
3.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
4.Analytical and strategic mindset
5.Understanding of solar, electrical, and electronics systems
6.Self-motivated, dependable, and aligned with organisational goals
Experience: 1–3 years Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical) / Diploma (Electrical)
CTC : 2.40L-3.60L + Incentives
