About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base across different cities. This role involves frequent outstation travel to meet potential clients, generate business, and build long-term relationships. If you enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and achieving sales targets, this is the right opportunity for you.
Note: All official travel, accommodation, and food expenses will be fully borne by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to different cities to generate new business opportunities.
Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and potential B2B clients.
Present company products and explain their features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up with clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
Plan travel schedules and meetings efficiently.
Submit daily sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Comfortable with frequent outstation and multi-city travel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
